Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica with a Master in Human Resources from UNED, has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, joined Oracle in the Recruitment area in 2006 and later assumed the position as Human Resources Manager for Central America, later in the Caribbean, and was assuming more countries within the region. She currently holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner for Central America and the Caribbean, Colombia and Multi Country. Leader of Oracle Women Leadership in the countries she leads, promoting diversity and inclusion in the region and advocating to promote technology in girls and young people.
