As Managing Director of Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Limited (MHTL), one of the
largest methanol producers in the world, and Managing Director of Caribbean Nitrogen
Company Limited (CNC) and Nitrogen 2000 Unlimited (N2000), Jerome plays an
important part in Proman’s success as the largest petrochemical group in Trinidad and
Tobago.
Jerome leads a highly skilled, all Trinbagonian Executive Management Team
responsible for the high-quality products and global competitiveness across the
companies he manages. He is actively involved in the development of our
petrochemical business and leads the progressive dialogue on the future of methanol
and its impact on the Trinidad and Tobago economy.
A dynamic leader, he joined the Proman family of companies in 2002 through
Caribbean Nitrogen Company Limited (CNC) and served as Chief Financial Officer for
almost 12 years before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2014. He has
over 30 years’ experience in downstream energy sector, public practice,
manufacturing, commerce and financial services, and has operated at a senior
management level for more than twenty years.
Jerome is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the
United Kingdom, a long-standing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and he also serves on the Board of Directors of the
Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago as the Deputy Chairman for Downstream
