A proven leader, Mrs. Anna Henderson has over twenty (25) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management. In 2007, Mrs. Henderson played a pivotal role in the Change Management needed to ensure the smooth transitioning of Pereira & Company Ltd. from a privately-owned company to a strategic acquisition of Massy Limited. Appointed to the position of CEO in 2009, Mrs. Henderson guided the company in doubling its profitability. Most notably, in 2011, she led Massy Technologies Applied Imaging through a successful bid process for the relocation of Parliament. Here, she successfully, led her team in setting a new standard for the local construction and project management industry by completing and outfitting 70,000 square feet of office space in less than eleven (11) weeks. Never satisfied, Mrs. Henderson has further expanded the company with the addition of new solutions for process re-engineering and automation, building a Services Led Organization which has successfully launched an e-commerce sales channel for office furniture and technology.
With Massy’s divestment of the company in 2019, Mrs. Henderson and other likeminded investors seized the opportunity to purchase the company, and in October, the new company, Amaranth Business Solutions Limited took over the operations of Massy Technologies Applied Imaging. The Commitment to build “a beautiful company” through innovation and agility, has placed value on both the customer and the employees. The introduction of shorter working hours on Fridays for employees, has encouraged a balanced lifestyle and increased engagement, while the expansion of the product portfolio to strengthen their position in the digital arena has capitalized on the changing work environment across the Caribbean region. Mrs. Henderson holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Mary’s, Minnesota, and has completed leadership courses at the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario and Leadership Management Institute (LMI). She is considered an expert in the areas of Technology, Strategic Leadership and People Development. Mrs. Henderson has held numerous board positions in companies across the Caribbean region including chairmanship for the Massy Share Ownership Plan.
