Kathleen Charles-Jackson was appointed as the Diversity and Inclusion and Ethics and Compliance Investigation Lead for bpTT in January 2021. Kathleen is responsible for identifying and leading initiatives at bpTT to enable employees to perform to their best ability and have equitable access to opportunities to grow and be successful at bp. Kathleen also conducts investigations into misconduct or breach of the bp Code.

Kathleen is the co-lead of the bpTT chapter of the Working Parent and Careers business resource group and has recently been appointed as a co-One Team Lead in the Americas Working Parents BRG.

She has 20+ years diverse experience at bpTT in ethics and compliance, procurement and supply chain management and law with 19 years experience in leadership roles.

Kathleen is an attorney by profession and holds a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She also hold certificates in advance negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, corporate governance and ethics and compliance.

Kathleen is married and is the mother of three boys.
