Sonia Montes is the director of sales for the Central America and Caribbean region for FedEx Express. Based in Puerto Rico, she leads a diverse team of 58 sales professionals and oversees the implementation of the company's sales strategy in the Central America and Caribbean markets.
Sonia began her career at FedEx in 1998 as an account executive. In 2006, she was promoted to her current position, which she considers one of her greatest career achievements. Prior to joining the FedEx team, she worked at DHL.
Sonia has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing, from the University of Puerto Rico.
