Lisaan Dipchan is an Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Wellness Professional
with 16 years of dedicated experience in the energy sector. Lisaan also possesses skills
in the Mental Wellbeing and Resiliency arena and helps to create psychologically safe
environments for teams and organizations to thrive as she believes that people are the
greatest resource to any organization.

Lisaan previously worked at Shell Trinidad and Tobago as part of the global health function
where she performed the role of Lead Industrial Hygiene Specialist and supported perations,
drilling, projects and the new energies business in the Americas. She is a past student of
University of Greenwich where she studied Occupational Hygiene and MIT (Massachusetts
Institute of Technology) where she has studied Neuroscience for Business.

In her free time, Lisaan enjoys creating adventures with her family and enjoys travelling,
cooking and listening to podcasts.
