Having worked within the Occupational Health and Safety OHS) field in various capacities over the past 19 years, I have acquired robust skill sets in conceptualizing, developing, implementing and auditing management systems across countries within the Caribbean. These companies adhere to different standards inclusive of, but not limited to American, British and local requirements when crafting their OHS systems. I also apply specific change management methodologies to positively shift OHS and organizational cultures within companies. The aforementioned areas of expertise are supplemented by certifications in Advanced Business Administration and a Masters degree in Organizational & Business Psychology respectively. I have recently been Six Sigma Black Belt trained and this has assisted in ensuring efficiencies are assessed to improve overall business performance.
