Alvon D. Dallas is the Total Convenience Management Group of Companies' Team Lead for Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Human Resources. He is responsible for risk management of TCM's business operations. He is in charge of programs that ensure the safe operation of the Executive Transport, Roadside Assistance, Innovations, and Lease and Rental business units. Mr. Dallas has more than ten years of experience in his field. He began his career as a part-time HSE Officer for various organizations in the Point Lisas Industrial Estate. He is currently serving a second term on the Community Care Credit Union's Supervisory Committee. In addition, he is the founder and principal owner of Top Tier Realty, a thriving real estate firm. Mr. Dallas is an American Society for Quality accredited professional. He is in the final year of his MBA program at the University of Edinburg Business School, with a specialization in Strategic Planning.
