Andre Perseval is a chartered Chemical Engineer, and Principal Process and Safety Engineering Consultant with Shamrock HSE Consultancy. Andre joined the oil and gas industry in 1995 as a Chemical Engineer working on various oil and gas projects, focusing on the application of engineering design skills, regulatory compliance, adherence to corporate design, HSE and API standards. Over his career, he embarked on several international assignments, where he worked in the UK, Australia, China, France, USA and Trinidad and Tobago on several oil exploration and production/process plant installations. In those roles, he gained valuable experience in design, operation and commissioning, including areas of certification and statutory compliance, working on behalf of different national and
international energy companies.

In 2018, Andre co-founded Shamrock HSE Consultancy, which specializes in process safety consulting, risk management, asset integrity, renewable energies, regulatory framework development and business innovation, through the use of digital platforms and data analytics in Trinidad & Tobago. Andre holds a BEng (Hons.) from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK as well as holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University UK. He is also a PMP (Project Management Professional) acquired from the Project Management Institution in USA.
